I'm not able to get my Airpods Max to work on the Windows PC - Youtube playback is not possible (Symptom)
I've tried removing the driver, using windows update, can't find anything to make it work.
Any thoughts?

Try to remove the device from Windows settings(Settings>Devices>Bluetooth>Select your device and remove it)
Also, please make sure that your AirPods Max is not connected to too many devices
AirPods Max may not be as compatible with Windows as it is compatible with Apple devices. Maybe it will be better to pair with your iPhone, iPad or Mac.
