Support Call Unresponsive to pressing 1 upon request
Just had my fourth attempt to receive a support call today. Is there a system wide issue? Support Call Unresponsive to pressing 1 upon request.
MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.5
Is this call in response to a support query you started, or did it come without your having done anything? If it's the latter, it's a scam - Apple never make 'cold' calls, they only call in response to a Support request. If you get calls like this and are asked to press a number don't do it - you are liable to be connected to a high-charge scam phone line.
