Iphone to in car stereo connection

I gave recently changed my phone to an iphone SE2020 and in my car I have a Sony MEX-4200BT. I have paired my stereo and iPhone together but when someone phones me I can’t hear them and they can’t hear me. It worked before I changed my phone. Can anyone help me???
