Apple Watch Cellular

Currently in Ireland there are no network providers supporting the cellular Apple Watches. If I buy the cellular watch anyways instead of the gps watch will I be able to use the cellular data whenever my network provider decides to support it?

Yes you will,until then the watch will function as a GPS only watch until such time as you are able to activate a cellular plan.
