I would suggest you set it up for business with a login account and an Apple ID specific to the business.
If you decide you also want to use it for personal stuff, create another user on the machine for yourself and use you own Apple ID within that account.

I would like a separate one, but set up the new iMac with my personal Apple ID already. How can I change that?
First, Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac - Apple Support. Next, Create an Apple ID on Mac - Apple Support. Finally, Set up your Apple ID preferences on Mac - Apple Support.

I’d concur w/ setting-up the business machine as a completely separate AppleID entity.
It’s just “cleaner” at every level.
If desired, you can always setup a “Family Sharing” arrangement (linked w/ your personal AppleIDs) for added flexibility. (But which can also be turned-off when desired/needed)
Welcome to the Apple Support Communities.
It depends on your situation. Do you want everything to be under your same Apple ID, or do you want a separate one? It is entirely up to you.
