Does your iPad indicate that it is connected to your WiFi network?
If the iPad is connected to your WiFi network - but you have no internet connection whilst other devices are connecting as expected - whilst counterintuitive, a restart of your WiFi Router and iPad may resolve the issue.
To restart you home router, disconnect power - then wait at least 30 seconds before restarting. When you router has rebooted (which may take several minutes), force-restart your iPad:
