There is advice on possible fixes but it largely looks like a call to Apple Support, a visit to the Genius Bar and potentially a new handset depending what they find if you’re lucky enough to be within warranty.


Restoring and Resetting does not appear to be helping anyone where it is disabled opposed to simply not working. You may also find Portrait mode on the front facing camera also does not work.
