I can’t find my phone and I forgot my Apple password

I lost my work Apple cell phone. I tried signing in on my other Apple cell phone but I can’t remember password.

every time I tried to get a new password it sends verification code to the aforementioned phone which I can’t find

my goal is to locate my phone on my find my phone but it won’t send me password to an email address
