I'm trying to export all the notes I highlighted at once from Books, I know how to select all notes but I don't know what to do afterwards. I know you can copy them all at once on Macbook but no idea how to do it on an Ipad, appreciate any guidance, or is there an external website I can use to do that? Thank you!

Following the information provided in Read books in the Books app on iPad, it looks like this would be expected behavior on your iPad. There is no way to export and share all notes at once, only individual quotes and notes.
We would suggest submitting Product Feedback for this.

We understand that you’re inquiring about sharing book notes on your iPad. We’d be happy to help.
We see you’ve already checked out Import your notes and files to the Notes app. Take a look at the information in Read books in the Books app on iPad, specifically the sections titled “Add a note” and “Share a selection.”
You can select the note you made in the book, tap the share button, and then you will see various options to share it through like AirDrop, Messages, Mail, and Notes.

Thank you for your response. I know how to share a single note while reading but what I need is to export all the notes I've made at once without going through each one of them.
If I go to Books > Notes > Share, I only see the "Edit Notes" option, and if I click "Select All Notes" and click "Share", only the book title is appearing and I wasn't able to click on it, could you give some guidance on how to proceed? I'm using an Ipad Pro
