Fraud

My debit card had fraud on it, all charges of which were apple charges. I canceled that debit card, removing the payment method from my Apple account. I got a new debit card, and linked it to my Apple account. I woke up again this morning with more Apple charges on my new debit card. I changed the password to my Apple ID. This afternoon, after changing my password and logging out all devices, have more Apple charges of which I did not make. I need help resolving this issue please.
