I accidentally deleted an album off my phone, how do I get it back?

I have checked the Purchased section of my iTunes app and it does not show up. On the iTunes store, it shows as it’s original price, not Purchased. I do not have access to a computer so I cannot use iTunes on a computer to restore it. Is there any other way that I can restore it? I have proof of purchase.
