The Underscan bar on my new M1 Mac mini is missing, how do I adjust the screen on my monitor without that?

The Underscan bar on my new M1 Mac mini is missing, how do I adjust the screen on my monitor without that?
Mac mini, macOS 11.4
Go to the TV’s Menu and try selecting a different (aspect ratio) or Screen Size.
Go to Apple > System Preferences > Displays > Resolution and try selecting a different display resolution.
You may have to adjust both, to find the sweet spot.

It’s a TV connection through HDMI
See if you can turn off Underscan in the TV's picture settings. Look for a setting such as 100%, Full Size, Pixel-to-Pixel ...
