Keyboard shortcut for screenshot not working

Hey guys ! My keyboard shortcut of command shift 3 and command shift 4 isn’t working … how do I fix this ?

Open System Preferences> Keyboard> Shortcuts> Screenshots

Make sure the boxes are ticked, and the shortcuts are correct'.
