Shift + Command + 4 is how I would always screenshot specific things but ever since yesterday it hasn't worked. I tried Shift + Command + 3, Shift + Command + 5, Shift + Command + 4 + Space which are all ones I've used before as well, to no avail. Not sure why!

Make sure keyboard shortcuts are not changed.
