Currently I have my Apple Watch on my left wrist and usually my iPhone is in my left pocket. Whenever I receive a phone call the movement of my arm seems to reject the call on my iPhone. I am running the latest iOS on both. This has only happened in the last couple of months and is really frustrating. It just seems whenever the phone rings any movement of the watch rejects calls. Has anyone had this or know how to resolve it.

Thanks for the suggestions. I have restarted both devices several times so that did not cure it.
If I remove the watch and repair it I want to ensure it will not lose all of my activity awards I have gained.

Did any of the suggestions work? I too have the issue where the minute I drop my wrist to go get my iPhone the call gets cut off. ive tried restarts of both devices like you said and it didnt help
Yes the resetting of the watch seemed to work so I would give that a go.
