Dropped iPhone X and now it’s rattling

I dropped my iPhone X (on carpet in my apartments hallway which is basically hardwood) and now I hear a rattling noise in the bottom of it. It mostly happens if I type hard and I hear it in shaky videos that I take now. Should I be worried? I never heard it before this and am worried that something is loose. The outside is fine and everything I working well, I am just worried about long term damage.
