TCL Roku tv does not show up when I attempt to screen mirror

I have successfully mirrored with this phone and tv several times before, but as of last week the tv won’t even show up to mirror to. I’ve tried restarting the phone, and also the tv, and resetting the internet connection and Yes both my phone and tv are on the same connection. Also tried my friends iPhone , my tv won’t show up on her screen mirror list either. This is very frustrating !
