While I'm changing my keyboard layout to US International layout looks like this and the back tick button is on the left top corner.
But after I click on add layout turns in to this and back tick button is going right next to z button like UK layout. How can I fix this?

Does your Mac have that extra key next to Z or not? If it does, all English keyboards will put back tick on that key, and you need some kind of custom layout to move it.
US International PC is a special keyboard for making accented characters via the keys for ` ' " ^ ~ . Do you really want that?
