iPhone lost or stolen accessing apple id
Unable to logon to apple id since passcode for 2 factor id goes to the lost/stolen phone and this is needed in order to set up another trusted phone

You can have a code sent by SMS text or voice message to your trusted alternate telephone number. Codes will also be received on any other Apple devices listed as trusted devices under your AppleID.

If you did not set up a backup trusted telephone number, you’ll have to use account recovery -> How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support or your account recovery key if you’ve enabled that feature with your AppleID -> How to generate a recovery key - Apple Support
