VAT Invoice online purchase within EU

Hi.

I am from Slovenia, have a company with a VAT number registered in Slovenia/EU and want to purchase a computer, a phone and several accessories and adapters in an Apple online store in Italy. i tried in Austria too. My request for an invoice issued on my company name and VAT number was rejected in Austria and Italy.

Each time I received a categoric instead explanatory answer. I am buying my working tools and I want them visible in my book keeping. For that reason I need an invoice issued to my company and company VAT number.

Any suggestion how to solve this situation?

And yes, I have an address to receive the purchased items in Italy.
