Most regular 3.5mm headphones will do - if you have an old pair of Apple's old earpods, you can even use its microphone and volume control. Glad Apple still keep the earphone jack on M1 Macs (Mini, Air, Pro and iMac)..

Those old Apple compatible wired headphones (such as Beat, Bose ...etc) also work..

However, if you prefer to cut-the-wire, bluetooth earphones will serve you well too.
