My Mac crashed and now it can’t see either the keyboard or the mouse. I’ve tried turning them off and on, and restarting but no success. What can I do?

Hello NeilFrankT,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that your Mac is not able to see and connect to your Bluetooth keyboard or mouse.

We noticed that you recently reviewed If you can't connect your Magic Keyboard, Magic Mouse, or Magic Trackpad to your Mac which was a great place to start. If you have already tried those steps and this continues, we recommend resetting the SMC since this could be a power-related issue. You'll find those steps in How to reset the SMC of your Mac.

Take care.
