'receiver helper' alert for Mac

Started getting these pop up warnings and can't find the source. Searched extensions in Chrome and Safari (only 2 browsers I use) and looked through Applications and couldn't find any obvious source. The Pop Up will not go away.

Hi KimGlover,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

We understand you're seeing a couple of pop-ups on your Mac and you're not sure where they're coming from. We can offer some guidance.

If you power off and restart your Mac, does that get rid of them? Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac

Were you using any other applications when these appeared on screen?

If you're continuing to experience the same thing, try restarting in safe mode. Safe mode prevents your Mac from loading certain software as it starts up, including login items, system extensions not required by macOS, completes a basic check of your startup disk, and clears cache. How to use safe mode on your Mac

If you're continuing to experience the same thing in safe mode, set up a new administrator account on your Mac and test. Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac

Have a great day!
