1st gen iPhone se comparable with cellular Apple Watch se
Since iPhone se 1st generation doesn’t support esim can I connect esim to the Apple Watch se cellular ?

The iPhone SE (1st gen) is newer than the iPhone 6s, so it is an Apple Watch supported iPhone.
The iPhone 6s is the oldest iPhone that will work with current generation Apple Watches, and the iPhone 6s also does not have an eSIM.
As fieryjack says, it is the Apple Watch that has an eSIM.
