Outlook stopped working after update

I was prompted to update Microsoft office this morning and ever since I can't open Outlook. I get an error window saying it has quit unexpectedly, the under that another one saying "You do not have permission to open the application Microsoft Outlook. I have checked the "info" and I am listed in the permissions box.

Since it is a Microsoft app, I recommend that you check the Microsoft help site for information. If none is available, then request Microsoft's assistance. Sometimes it's best to go to the source.
