Is it okay to put screen protector, keyboard protector, and hardcase on a macbook pro?

Hi, multiple videos is circulating on social media about macbooks that we shouldn’t put any protection on it since it will cause much trouble. Is this true that we must not put a screen protector, keyboard protector, and hardcase on a macbook pro? Thank you
