Company macbook is linked to an Apple ID of a former employee

I have already reached out to her and asked to unlink this Mac from her iCloud, which she apparently did, but Activaton Lock still asks for an Apple ID login in Recovery Assistant. I could use Device Password, which I also have, but I'm locked out because I used the wrong password too many times.

Is there anything I can do to reinstall MacOS without having to ask her for Apple ID login information ?
