Previously (say 10-15 days back too) I could save the audio files I’ve received through different communication channels (mail, message, WhatsApp) into my voice memo app.
im unable to do that anymore
how can I fix this issues

Seems Voice memos isn't set up to import files ?
But you may want to preview and import audio files into GarageBand: ( eg: from the Files app.)
(or you might save audio files into iMovie.)
