Audio Music Apps and folder content

Got my Mac serviced. Had to wipe everything I updated to the new Mac OS 11.5. How do I get the audio music apps folder with all its stock contents. I use Logic Pro X and I need to insert/put my presets/user patches etc. and those Folder names aren't there or are just empty. Is there a there any way to reinstall even my Mac OS but with those folders.

Clean install of Sierra from Big Sur ? I just bought a used MacBook Air for live music performance ( "Core i7" 1.7 11" Mid-2013 ). It will basically be a single-purpose machine, repeatedly taking music plug-ins, files and settings from my studio production Mac and using them in a live (Ableton) environment. Since my studio Mac runs High Sierra (10.12.6) , to avoid any APFS complications I want to have my Air likewise running 10.12.6 ( it arrived loaded with Big Sur 11.7.1 , but was originally 10.8.4 ). My cautious question is, can I just fire ahead, go to the App Store and do a clean install of Sierra on my Air, or are there possible complications involved in going back to a pre-APFS operating system? (There are currently no files of my own on the machine, it's just out the box...)

Can't open iTunes Library.itl in Music on new Mac. New Mac running Monterey. Old Mac running High Sierra. I've copied the full library from the old Mac to an external disc and I'm trying to point the new Mac towards the iTunes Library.itl file to import the library. All that happens however is a spinning circle and "Loading", going nowhere. I've looked at the structure of the folder and it seems normal - I've never had it split between locations. (I've also tried deleting the existing Music folder and replacing it with the old one - Music opens up and asks me to choose a library, but this doesn't even result in the loading circle, it just doesn't work at all.) Can anyone offer a solution? Thanks

Mac OS Ventura 13.1 - location of downloaded podcast Need to know where Ventura is storing podcast mp3 files. Have headphones I swim with that require me to copy .mp3 to headphone and since iTunes has gone away Apple has made it more difficult to accomplish this by hiding the location of where mp3 files, specifically podcasts, are stored.

Well presumably you need to redownload logic and then it will repopulate the directory structure.
