Accessing iWeb content via Time Machine?

Hi all

I used iWeb for many years for my band website. Being lazy and computer-dim, I never updated my website and now cannot access it as I've changed web host (to reduce costs). I'm probably going to use EverWeb but am wondering if there is some way to use Time Machine to copy/paste my old web content to an EverWeb template? I do backup via Time Machine and have done so over the years.

I just don't know if accessing old iWeb content is possible via Time Machine and if so, where to find and access it?
