INTERNET / WIFI DROPOUTS

My Internet provider is Hotwire Communications & at the moment the retirement community where I live cannot offer an alternative provider. Since Feb. 2021 we have been experiencing daily interruptions to our internet connectivity — sometimes up to an hour or more. Hotwire has sent several techs to assess the problem and about 2 weeks ago replaced their modem. Interruptions still occur.


Is there an app (preferably free) that I can use to monitor and keep a log of these interruptions so I have a record to send to Hotwire and our community admin office? If at all possible, I'd like the log show date and time service drops out and for how long.
