Sound breaks up

I have a MacBook Pro 2019, and recently (3 times in two days) I get this sound as if the audio is breaking, and this happens to videos and music. The only solution is restarting the computer, but I can't keep restarting it. I've tried some Youtube videos and Googling what I can do but nothing has worked. Please help :)
