Manufacturer defect and they won’t fix it no more
I bought an IPad Pro 2 in June, 2019. Few months later, the 4G stopped detecting the SIM and wouldn't work. The dealer changed it with a new device.
9 months later, the same problem occurred and they checked it and gave me a 2nd new device.
Couple of days ago, the same exact problem happened for the 3rd time. This time, the salesman replied with a big smile that my warranty was over couple of weeks ago. I objected that this is a manufacturer defect in these devices and the 3rd device didn’t complete one year with me. He replied that the warranty is from the time I bought the 1st device!
I don’t know what to do! It is not fair that I have to pay for such a manufacturer defect.
They say lightening doesn’t hit twice. Well, it hit me 3 times in a row. I have lost my trust and confidence in apple products!
