I recently applied for a job at an Apple store, after passing the first round of interviews, then going through a Q&A and then another round of interviews they said the next step would be for me to wait for about 1-3 weeks for feedback from their side. It's been three weeks now and it's just radio silence from their side.. Should I send an email inquiry..? Should I keep waiting..? Does anyone have experience with the matter?

They will get back to you eventually. If you got the email of the store manager, you could send a thank you email, expressing how you're still very interested.
At least when I applied for a job in an Apple Store back in 2016, chances of getting hired were very small. Perhaps the pandemic has changed things, though.
It was five years ago. I don't remember exactly how long it took but, it was a while and, despite having a tone of directly related experience, I didn't get the job. By the time they called me for an interview at another store, I had found a job in a different field.
But, the interview process was kind of fun.
