My battery health is go down from100% To 95%

Batteries are consumables. Battery health declines over time. That is normal. Once it drops below 80%, the battery is no longer considered fit for use. If that happens before your warranty expires, Apple will replace the battery at no cost. If it happens afterwards, you will need to pay for it yourself.
