I just opened my app, in some time and all my saved songs are gone. I can't sign in with facebook as before and all the new songs I've shazamed aren't saved. How can I get all my songs back?

Click Settings in the Shazam app (as shown below) then iCloud Sync. Try changing its setting.
The Shazam app was updated in a big way several months ago. Have you updated? The older version (Shazam Encore) was discontinued.
I got my iphone a few months ago, downloaded the app, signed in with facebook and all was well. I've been using the background shazam as always and today I wanted to listen to a song and discovered all my info gone. I can't sign in with facebook anymore, it hasn't been saving my latest shazams. How can I get my info back?
What happened to Shazam? Where are all my songs from before? Why is it not saving my shazams?
