Safari Google suddenly changed to searching Yahoo!

When I search the address bar instead of searching Google (my preference), it has now suddenly changed to Yahoo! I have also been getting a "Your memory is full" pop up which is random. I have tried and checked the following things:

  1. Disabled and enabled Extensions (I only have Momentu install - there was no others)
  2. Checked Google is set to my preferred search engine
  3. Cleared cache
  4. Cleared history

Nothing seems to work and I am still getting Yahoo! Please can someone help. Thank you.
