Does Apple Care cover water damage on Apple Watch?

I just bought An Apple Watch and I have AppleCare but I am worried to swim with it does apple care cover water damage

No, it does not. However, if you have AppleCare+, you get two incidents of accidental damage protection every 12 months, and that would cover water damage, but there is a fee. See this about AppleCare+. https://www.apple.com/support/products/watch/


Understand that AppleCare+ is an additional cost, not the same as you initial AppleCare for the 1st year of your warranty.
