How to cancel iTunes subscriptions on PC. I don't own a Mac or iPhone or iPad

When I purchased my new TV there must have been a free subscription to Apple TV. Today I got a message saying I had been charged for a renewal of Apple TV. I have never watched Apple TV and I do not own a Mac, iPhone or iPad. When I try to cancel it sends me to open iTunes. But nothing happens because I don't have iTunes on my PC. So, how to cancel the subscription? I've submitted a request for a refund which will likely happen. But how to cancel subscriptions to any Apple service when I don't own an Apple product?

Note:

• "If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew." An "Expires" date (instead of "Renews") means the current subscription will just run until then. "Resubscribe" is just in case you change your mind about having it end.

• Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.

• If you don’t cancel trials more than 24 hours before your renewal date, your subscription might renew.

If you don't have an Apple device, see the options near the very bottom of the support document.

If you still can't find a subscription, contact Apple Support using the link at the end of the support article.
