macOS Big Sur download stuck at 12.44GB

Hello Folks,

I have been trying to upgrade from Catalina to Big Sur, after 12.44GB download it has been stuck and showed an error message.

Screenshots are attached.

Please give me a solution. I have enough storage, over 100GB, to upgrade OS.
