How to get windows on my imac early 2009 el capitan?

Ive been trying for days to get it and its not working. It keeps saying:

your bootable usb drive could not be created

bootcamp only supports windows 7 installation on this platform. please use an iso file for windows 7 installation.

Please someone tell if it possible and how to do it. i just want the latest windows available for my mac.

iMac, OS X 10.11

A 2009 iMac only supports W7. See Install Windows 7 on your Mac using Boot Camp - Apple Support for reference. You cannot use a USB to install Windows on this model. You need to use the built-in Apple Superdrive (DVD/CD ROM) and a physical DVD. If you download and ISO, it must be Burned to a blank DVD-R SL media.
