Hello Anshul196,
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, your HomePod keeps disconnecting from Wi-Fi. We'll do our best to assist.
The HomePod automatically connects to the same Wi-Fi network as your iOS or iPadOS device.
You mentioned resetting the HomePod many times. Did you try using the computer to reset it? If not, we'd suggest this: Reset HomePod
Should it continue to occur, check for potential wireless interference: Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference
In case that doesn't resolve it. Check the Time & Date in Settings > General to ensure they are correct.
Restart the iOS and iPadOS device.
Forget the network in Settings > Wi-Fi on your device. Select the 'I' next to the network, then Forget this Network. Join it again, to test it out.
Should it persists, then we'd Reset All Network Settings in Settings > General > Reset. This will forget all networks, VPNs, etc. You'll need to join them again with the network and password.
If you've tried all of the above, then we'd recommend to Contact Apple Support
Hoping this helps out, take care!
