What is the best Adaptor size for Iphone12 Mini (20 Watts or 18 Watts) for Wire and Wireless chargers?

Both 18 and 20 Watt USB-C adapters deliver fast, wired, charging speeds so either one would suffice. In my experience, wireless charging is not nearly as fast as charging it with a cable and I only use it to charge over night or if I'm not in a hurry to get my phone charged. Belkin and Anker make good wireless chargers, Apple does not make power banks however they doo sell charging cases though I'm not sure if they sell them for the mini.
