Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Hello! I have been messaging someone off my laptop who has an iphone and then recently the ability to send her messages just stopped. I tried removing her as a contact and re-adding her and it just will not go to her phone number. How can. trouble shoot this?

Old problem, new problem, what changed?
On going issue or temporary just now?
Does the phone call itself work?
Can you txt from an iOS iDevice ie your iPhone with no issue?
Has the number been discontinued?

This is a new problem. All of a sudden I could not text this one specific number from my laptop. It says “not delivered”. I can text everyone else from my laptop. I can call and FaceTime this number from my laptop, only the texting does not work. I will look at the link provided thank you.
Like iMessages? or Actual SMS where it uses your phones cellular connection?
As in are they blue or green?
No messages will send to her at all. Says “not delivered” with the red circle. Messages are blue. My messages go to everyone else from my laptop.
