I bought an iPhone in December and never activated my free year of AppleTv. When I try to see if I’m eligible, it takes me to a 7 day trial

Correct. You needed to have redeemed the offer within 3 months of having bought the eligible device. It is too late now for that.

That's too bad. I wasn't aware there was a deadline because I didn't realize it was offered. I only heard about it this month. Is there a way to allow it now?
