Can not get iCloud Calendar on Windows 10 PC

I've installed iCloud for windows on my PC and the iCloud Drive, Photos, Bookmarks and Passwords are all working, however, when I check the "Mail, Contacts, and Calendars With Outlook" box and hit apply, I get the following message: "There is no email program associated to perform this requested action. Please install a email program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default programs Control Panel." There are 2 mail programs installed on the PC, Microsoft Outlook (default) and Mail. I have no idea how to create an association in the default programs control panel. Can someone help me please?
