My iPhone X disabled itself. It is backed up on iCloud. I cannot seen to get to it via iTunes or by any other method on the internet. I decided it was about time I bought an iPhone 12 Pro. Can I just initiate the new iPhone and then restore my data from the iCloud?

Thanks, but that doesn't work because the installation of itunes on my Windows desktop is screwed up and it won't reload or update it, something to do with a missing file.
