Why won’t may snapchat download?

Me tooooo my snap was trippin then I deleted them installed it back to see if it would work and it wouldn’t even let me download it then it did then it went to kicking me out every time I try to open it

It’s back working but looks like my stuff is deleted such as contacts and my friend sent me a snap but I can’t see it 🤦🏻‍♀️
