re-downloading apps

My snapchat wasnt opening so i tried re-starting my phone, that didnt help. so i deleted snapchat so i could try and redownload it. but now it isnt letting me download snapchat at all.

The App Store is apparently down. Hopefully for not long.

App Store won’t download snapchat I deleted Snapchat because it wasn’t opening. When I went to redownload it, it just gave me a cloud icon instead of “GET”. All other apps download fine. I tried logging out of the App Store and logging back in, I tried restarting my phone while logged out, I reset my phone, nothing has worked.
