Okay so why can’t I reinstall like ANY of my apps from the cloud right now? I have tried everything…shutting off my data and turning it back on, restarting my phone, logging out and back into my iCloud….nothing is working. It all started because Snapchat wasn’t opening

There would need to be enough Gb storage space on your iPhone for any downloads.
